The attribution, advertising, creative-use, commission and payout rules for promoting Tripnatic with tracked links.
The link, attribution method and rate shown in the workspace determine whether a booking earns commission.
Promotions must be honest, clearly disclosed and compliant with advertising and privacy rules.
Completed, cleared prior-month commission is grouped into a statement; refunds and invalid conversions are reversed.
Joining the programme
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Tripnatic affiliate programme. The accepting person confirms they have authority to bind the identified publisher, creator or business and that application, ownership, contact, tax, traffic-source and bank information is accurate.
Participation is subject to approval and these terms, the Privacy Policy, brand and campaign rules, dashboard commercial terms and each tracked transaction record. Tripnatic may record the agreement version, account and acceptance timestamp electronically.
Independent publisher
The affiliate is an independent business and not Tripnatic's employee, agent, franchisee or exclusive representative. It cannot bind Tripnatic or an operator, accept bookings, collect Tripnatic customer payments, promise refunds or make warranties on their behalf.
The affiliate controls its channels, publishing decisions, workers, taxes and legal compliance. Tripnatic controls programme approval, tracking, eligible conversions, brand assets and commission settlement.
Programme access
The affiliate must provide requested identity, business, ownership, address, tax, bank and channel information and keep it current. It must disclose all websites, apps, social accounts, newsletters, ad accounts and sub-affiliate networks used to promote Tripnatic when requested.
Accounts and tracking credentials may not be sold, transferred or shared with an unapproved publisher. Team access must be individual and removed promptly when no longer authorized. Security incidents and suspicious traffic must be reported without delay.
How referrals are recognized
The affiliate must use the links, identifiers, widgets or campaign assets generated for its account. An eligible booking is attributed using the tracking method, attribution window, channel rules and booking record shown in the workspace at the relevant time.
Tracking can be affected by blocked cookies, device or browser changes, consent choices, deleted storage, unapproved redirects, link alteration, another eligible referral, network interruption or fraud controls. Tripnatic does not guarantee attribution where the required technical signal is absent or invalid.
Commission qualification
Commission is earned only on a genuine, correctly attributed booking that is paid, completed, cleared and not cancelled, refunded, charged back, duplicated, self-referred, fraudulent or otherwise excluded by the campaign terms. Taxes, fees, credits and excluded components are treated as shown in the workspace.
The applicable commission rate is displayed and captured for the conversion. A later programme or campaign change does not recalculate a valid historical booking. Tripnatic's transaction and attribution records control unless the affiliate provides reliable evidence of a technical error.
Invalidated earnings
Commission for a cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, unpaid or ineligible booking may be held, reversed, deducted from later earnings or invoiced if already paid. A partial refund may create a proportional commission adjustment.
Tripnatic will identify the original transaction and reason in the ledger where reasonably possible. The affiliate must not contact an operator or customer to obstruct a cancellation, dispute or refund or promise that Tripnatic will preserve commission.
Monthly settlement
Tripnatic groups eligible completed and cleared commission from the previous calendar month into one payout batch scheduled for the 5th. If the 5th is not a banking day, processing moves to the next banking day. Bank and cross-border processing time may continue after the batch is marked paid.
Pending, disputed, fraudulent, technically invalid, legally restricted or insufficiently documented amounts remain under payout review until resolved. Negative adjustments may be carried forward or invoiced. A targeted hold does not transfer the affiliate's unrelated balance to Tripnatic.
The affiliate must maintain a verified bank account in its correct legal name and is responsible for accurate transfer instructions. Actual reprocessing or bank costs caused by invalid details may be reflected where permitted.
Audience trust
Every promotion must clearly and prominently disclose the affiliate relationship in language the audience can understand, near the recommendation or link and before purchase influence. A platform's paid-partnership tool should be used where required but does not replace a clear disclosure if viewers could still be misled.
Claims about price, availability, savings, rankings, reviews, safety, cancellation or scarcity must be accurate, current and supportable. The affiliate must not impersonate Tripnatic or an operator, hide material restrictions, create false urgency or imply guaranteed results.
Weather cancellations and safetyCreative library
Tripnatic grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved logos, banners, story cards, widgets, copy and destination assets solely to promote tracked Tripnatic links under current brand guidance.
The affiliate may resize approved assets without distorting them but may not remove legal text, obscure disclosures, materially edit imagery, register confusing brand names, create unauthorized merchandise or suggest ownership of Tripnatic content. Assets must be replaced or removed when expired, withdrawn or requested.
Traffic quality
Paid campaigns must use disclosed, approved destinations and comply with each network's rules. Unless Tripnatic expressly authorizes it, the affiliate may not bid on Tripnatic names or misspellings, use them in a display URL or account identity, direct-link from restricted search ads, or outrank official pages through deceptive copy.
Email, messaging and notifications require lawful consent, accurate sender identity and a working opt-out. The affiliate may not send spam, use purchased unlawful lists, post repetitive unsolicited messages or place links in communities that prohibit promotion.
No artificial attribution
The affiliate must not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, invisible frames, adware, malware, toolbars, unauthorized browser extensions, automatic redirects, click injection, fabricated traffic, bots, misleading coupon pages or any method that sets attribution without an intentional user interaction.
Self-referrals, related-party test bookings, commission sharing used to induce fraud, altered tracking parameters, fake reviews, stolen content, account farming and interference with another affiliate's attribution are prohibited. Sub-affiliates must be approved and the primary affiliate remains responsible for them.
Suitable promotion
Tripnatic may not be promoted alongside unlawful, violent, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, deceptive or rights-infringing content, or content that creates a material brand-safety or traveler-safety risk. Comparative or editorial content must be genuine and distinguish fact, opinion and sponsorship.
AI-assisted content must be reviewed for accuracy and must not invent experiences, endorsements, prices or safety claims. Synthetic people, voices or testimonials may not be presented as genuine customers or operators.
Verifiable performance
The dashboard provides clicks, attributed bookings, conversion status, commission, reversals, payout batches and documents. The affiliate should reconcile statements and report a specific discrepancy within 30 days where reasonably possible.
Tripnatic may request landing URLs, campaign screenshots, source reports, consent evidence and sub-affiliate records to investigate unusual traffic or compliance. Requests will be proportionate and non-public business information will be treated confidentially.
Financial responsibility
The affiliate is responsible for tax registration, returns, invoices and accounting treatment of commission. Tripnatic may request valid tax documentation, issue payout statements and withhold tax where law requires it.
No affiliate is entitled to reimbursement for content, media, production, software, staff or other promotion cost unless a separate written campaign agreement expressly authorizes it.
Programme protection
Tripnatic may monitor public placements, attribution patterns, conversion quality, complaints and technical signals. It may request correction, disable an asset or link, exclude traffic, place affected commission under review or restrict access when evidence indicates a breach or material risk.
The affiliate may respond with relevant evidence. Deliberate concealment, evidence tampering, repeat violations or fraud may result in cancellation of affected commission and immediate termination.
Leaving the programme
Either party may end participation by notice. Tripnatic may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, prohibited traffic, unlawful conduct, security compromise, brand misuse, data breach, insolvency or material or repeated breach.
On termination, the affiliate must stop presenting itself as a partner and remove links, credentials and brand assets when requested. Valid cleared commission remains payable subject to reversals and review; tracking and new commission may stop at termination. Tax, payment, record, confidentiality, dispute and liability clauses survive where necessary.
Business risk
Tripnatic does not guarantee traffic, attribution, conversion, booking volume, uninterrupted tracking or a particular commercial result. The affiliate is responsible for its channels, claims, disclosures, advertising spend, workers, taxes and compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss not reasonably caused by its breach. The affiliate is responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from its unlawful advertising, prohibited traffic, infringement, data misuse or unauthorized representation, except to the extent caused by Tripnatic. Non-excludable liability remains unaffected.
Final provisions
Tripnatic may update these terms and programme rules with reasonable notice. Material changes may require renewed acceptance; valid captured conversion rates are not rewritten retroactively. Non-public commission, security, attribution, product and business information is confidential.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. Assignment requires consent except for a legitimate reorganization that preserves performance and payment security. Invalid provisions are limited only as necessary and the remainder continues.
Notices should be sent through the affiliate workspace or designated support channel. Electronic records satisfy writing requirements to the extent permitted by law.
