Your earnings
Your operator account shows the marketplace commission and the amount due to you. Completed bookings, refunds and adjustments are listed in your statements so you can reconcile each payout.
Operator TermsMonthly bank transfers
Eligible, cleared earnings from the previous month are paid by bank transfer on the monthly schedule, normally the 5th. Banking holidays, verification and bank processing can affect the arrival date.
Transfer fees
You are responsible for transfer, receiving-bank, intermediary-bank and currency-conversion fees. Tripnatic does not cover these fees; the amount received may be lower than the payout amount.

Create your operator account, complete the setup in your workspace and add your tours. Approved listings can appear in Tripnatic search, destination pages and recommendations.
Can you help create my first tour listings?
Yes. After creating your operator account, request tour setup help and share the tour details, photos, brochures or links you already have. Our team can help prepare your first 1–3 listings. You review the details before they are submitted for publication.
What do I need to register?
Start with your business name, contact name, email address and primary country. No document uploads are needed to register. Complete the verification details and documents that apply to your business in your account before activation.
Which businesses can register as an operator?
Tour companies, attraction owners, activity providers, guides and other verified experience businesses can apply. Approval depends on the activity, destination and required local documents.
How do operator payouts work?
Eligible, completed and cleared bookings enter the monthly bank-transfer payout. Your operator statement shows commission, adjustments and the amount due to you.
Can I manage pickup zones and times?
Yes. Operators can define pickup zones in the activity editor and confirm the final pickup window and customer location after booking.
What should I prepare for my activity listings?
Prepare clear photos, your itinerary, inclusions, traveler types, prices, availability and pickup or meeting-point details. Listings are reviewed before publication.
Can my activity be shown in several languages?
Yes. Tripnatic supports English, German, French, Spanish and Thai.
