These Travel Agent Terms govern an agent or agency using Tripnatic to quote, book or manage activities for clients. The accepting person confirms authority to bind the identified business and that its registration, contact, tax and bank information is accurate.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, marketplace policies, dashboard commercial terms and each client booking record form the agreement. Tripnatic may record the document version, account, organization and acceptance timestamp as electronic evidence.
Independent travel professional
The agent is an independent business and is not Tripnatic's employee, franchisee or general agent. The agent may use approved Tripnatic tools to arrange client bookings but cannot bind Tripnatic or an operator, change listing terms, promise exceptions or make warranties on their behalf.
The named operator supplies the activity. Tripnatic provides the marketplace, payment coordination, booking records, communication and support. The agent remains responsible for its own advice, client relationship, statements and legal obligations.
Business access
The agent must provide requested identity, business, ownership, address, tax, bank and professional information and keep it current. Approval may not be transferred, sold or shared with an unapproved business.
Every team member must use an individual account and suitable permissions. The agency is responsible for member activity and must promptly remove former staff, report suspected compromise and verify sensitive payout changes.
Accurate client records
A quote is not a reservation and remains subject to its expiry, live availability and any displayed price change. The agent must ensure the selected activity, option, date, time, traveler categories, currency and contact details match the client's instructions before payment.
A booking is confirmed only when Tripnatic issues confirmation. Request bookings remain pending until the operator accepts them. The agent must deliver the confirmation, voucher, meeting instructions and later operational messages to the client without unreasonable delay.
Payment integrity
Tripnatic customer bookings are paid online using an approved method. The agent may use a client's payment method only with express authority and must never record or transmit full card credentials through Tripnatic messages or unapproved systems.
Unless Tripnatic has expressly enabled a separate business-payment arrangement, the agent must not collect Tripnatic booking funds into a personal account, add an undisclosed charge, split a payment to evade controls or make an off-platform payment to the operator.
Tripnatic-funded earnings
The agent programme uses commission tiers of 7%, 8%, 10% and 12% of the eligible final booking value. The applicable rate is paid from Tripnatic's marketplace share and does not reduce the operator's captured payout percentage.
Qualification may use cleared completed sales, booking count, rolling six- and twelve-month performance, cancellation and dispute history, client-service quality, compliance and account standing. Reviews, tier locks, downgrade safeguards and any audited temporary override shown in the dashboard form part of the current commercial programme.
The exact rate displayed when the booking is created is permanently recorded for that booking. A later tier change does not recalculate historical bookings.
Choose one earning model
A booking may use either the Tripnatic-funded commission shown in the workspace or an approved agent markup, but not both. The selected model and customer total must be clear before payment and are recorded with the booking.
An agent markup is an amount charged to the client above the Tripnatic selling price under the enabled tool. It does not reduce the operator's payout or create a second Tripnatic commission. The agent is responsible for lawful disclosure, invoicing and tax treatment of its markup.
After confirmation
The agent must submit change and cancellation requests through the client booking record and may not promise acceptance, a refund or an exception before it is confirmed. The original booking remains valid while an operator change request is pending.
The booking-time Cancellation and Refund Policy governs deadlines, no-shows, operator cancellations, weather, force majeure, payment-processing fees and refund timing. Non-recoverable payment-processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law; exact fees depend on the payment processor and transaction. Tripnatic may take up to 30 working days after approval to submit a refund, followed by additional bank or card-issuer time.
Standard cancellation options are 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, seven full days, or non-refundable after confirmation. The activity-specific option and local cutoff displayed before payment govern each booking.
Weather cancellations and safetyProfessional care
The agent must monitor booking messages, communicate accurately and respond reasonably to the client, operator and Tripnatic. It must not alter a voucher, hide a restriction, misrepresent availability, claim an unauthorized affiliation or provide a misleading translation.
Material client instructions, disclosures, consent, payment authority, confirmations and dispute communications should be retained for the period required by law and long enough to resolve chargebacks, refunds and accounting questions.
Traveler fulfilment
The agent must give the client the valid voucher, manual fallback code and confirmed meeting or pickup instructions. Ticket tokens and codes must not be published, reused or issued to an unauthorized traveler.
Operator pickup, check-in, rejection and correction events may appear in the client booking timeline. The agent may use the status to assist the client but may not edit immutable attendance records or represent a scan as activity completion or payout approval.
Monthly earnings
Tripnatic groups eligible completed and cleared earnings from the previous calendar month into one payout batch scheduled for the 5th. If the 5th is not a banking day, processing moves to the next banking day. The receiving bank may require additional processing time.
Pending, cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed or legally restricted earnings remain under payout review or are reversed. Negative adjustments may be deducted from future earnings or invoiced. Each adjustment and original booking is shown in the ledger.
The agent must maintain a verified bank account in the correct legal name and promptly report a failed or incorrect transfer. Actual bank costs caused by invalid details may be reflected in the statement where permitted.
Financial records
The dashboard provides earning, adjustment, status, batch and bank references and downloadable payout documents. The agent should reconcile each statement and identify a specific discrepancy within 30 days where reasonably possible.
The agent is responsible for tax registration, returns, invoices and the accounting treatment of commission and markup. Tripnatic may request tax documentation, issue settlement records and withhold amounts where law requires it.
Approved representation
The agent may use approved activity content and Tripnatic brand materials only to market genuine Tripnatic bookings and under the applicable brand guidance. Content must remain accurate, current and not imply exclusivity, ownership or authority the agent does not have.
The agent grants Tripnatic permission to display the agency name, approved logo and programme status for account, co-marketing and client booking purposes. Either party may require outdated or non-compliant brand use to stop.
Client information
The agent must have a lawful basis and client authority for personal information supplied to Tripnatic. It must limit collection, protect devices and records, restrict team access, use approved processors and report a suspected breach promptly.
Tripnatic, operator, payment and support data may be used only for the client booking, programme administration, accounting, safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Non-public rates, security information and business records are confidential.
Programme integrity
The agent must not create fake or self-dealing bookings to earn commission, use unauthorized payment details, manipulate tiers, submit false client data, share accounts, fabricate reviews, evade Tripnatic records, scrape protected systems, bribe, discriminate unlawfully or use the marketplace for illegal or sanctioned activity.
The agent may not divert a Tripnatic client or operator off-platform for the same activity to avoid charges. Tripnatic may cancel affected earnings, preserve evidence and restrict access during a proportionate investigation.
Standing in the programme
Tripnatic may monitor client complaints, booking accuracy, cancellations, refunds, disputes, response quality, fraud indicators and compliance. It may require corrective action, limit features, place affected earnings under review, suspend or terminate for material or repeated breach.
Either party may end the relationship by notice, subject to confirmed bookings and accrued obligations. Serious fraud, security, data, safety or unlawful conduct may justify immediate restriction. Payment, tax, record, confidentiality, dispute and liability obligations survive where their purpose requires it.
Business responsibility
Tripnatic does not guarantee booking volume, tier qualification, uninterrupted access or a particular commercial result. The operator remains responsible for the activity; the agent remains responsible for its advice, client authority, statements, markup, tax and misuse of client information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss not reasonably caused by its breach. The agent is responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from its unauthorized promise, fraud, law violation, data misuse, infringement or client-fund handling, except to the extent caused by Tripnatic. Non-excludable liability remains unaffected.
Final provisions
Tripnatic may update these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes may require renewed acceptance; captured booking rates and accrued rights are not rewritten retroactively. The agreement may not be assigned without consent except in a legitimate business reorganization that preserves performance and payment security.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. Invalid provisions are limited only as necessary, a failure to enforce is not a waiver, and electronic records satisfy writing requirements to the extent permitted by law.
Notices should be sent through the agent workspace or designated support channel.
