Effective 1 September 2026
The commercial, operational, safety, customer-service and payout rules for activity suppliers on Tripnatic.
The applicable Tripnatic rate is captured when each booking is created and does not change retroactively.
Eligible completed and cleared bookings from the prior month are grouped into one payout statement.
Licensing, staffing, equipment, safety, listing accuracy and activity delivery remain the operator's obligations.
Independent businesses
The operator is an independent supplier and not Tripnatic's employee, worker, franchisee, joint venturer or agent. The operator controls how it staffs and safely delivers each activity, subject to the confirmed listing, these terms and applicable law.
Tripnatic provides the marketplace, payment collection, booking records, communication tools, reporting and support. Except for the limited authority to collect customer funds, apply marketplace rules and facilitate remedies, neither party may bind the other or make commitments in the other's name.
Know your supplier
The operator must provide current legal name, registration, ownership, tax, address, bank, contact, insurance, license and responsible-person information requested by Tripnatic or a payment partner. Tripnatic may verify information using reliable databases and request renewed documentation.
A material ownership, control, insolvency, license, insurance, bank, safety or legal change must be reported promptly. Approval is organization-specific and may not be sold or transferred without Tripnatic's written consent.
Workspace access
The operator must assign individual accounts, suitable roles and current access only to authorized team members. Shared passwords are prohibited. The operator is responsible for actions taken by its members and must remove access promptly when a person leaves or changes duties.
Tripnatic may require multi-factor authentication, re-verification or a security review. Suspected compromise, unauthorized payout change or unknown booking action must be reported immediately.
Right to operate
The operator must maintain every registration, tourism license, permit, vehicle or vessel authorization, guide qualification, safety inspection, insurance policy and other approval required for its activities and locations. Coverage must be commercially reasonable and meet any minimum stated by Tripnatic or law.
The operator is responsible for its employment, immigration, tax, invoicing, accessibility, consumer, advertising, environmental, anti-bribery, sanctions and data-protection obligations. Evidence must be supplied on request and retained for the period required by law or these terms.
What customers buy
Listings must be accurate, current and not misleading. The operator must disclose the itinerary, duration, confirmation method, meeting point, pickup area, inclusions, exclusions, restrictions, accessibility, minimum participation, local charges, cancellation option and any material risk or requirement.
Standard cancellation options are 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, seven full days, or non-refundable after confirmation. The activity-specific option and local cutoff displayed before payment govern each booking.
The operator warrants it owns or has permission to use submitted names, descriptions, photos, video, marks and other content. It grants Tripnatic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, edit for format, translate, distribute and market that content for the marketplace and operator programme while the agreement continues and for reasonable archival use afterward.
Commercial accuracy
The operator must maintain accurate retail prices, traveler categories, capacity, closed dates, cutoffs and inventory. It must honor a confirmed booking at the recorded customer price and may not collect an undisclosed mandatory supplement at the activity.
The operator authorizes Tripnatic to sell at the published price, apply agreed promotions and retain the commission captured for the booking. Connected inventory, bulk uploads and manual edits remain the operator's responsibility; a system connection does not excuse stale capacity or double booking.
Before departure
Instant-confirmation inventory must be deliverable when sold. A request booking must be accepted or declined within the displayed response period. The operator must review traveler information, contact the customer only where necessary and promptly resolve capacity or specification conflicts.
Customer change requests arrive through the booking record. The operator may accept, refuse with a reason or send a message. No accepted change is effective until the booking is updated and any additional payment or refund is completed. The original booking remains valid while a request is pending.
Service communication
The operator must use professional, accurate and timely messages and keep essential instructions in the Tripnatic booking conversation. It may contact travelers using supplied details only for delivery, safety, a requested change or another legitimate booking purpose.
The operator may not divert a Tripnatic lead or booking off-platform, request an unrecorded payment, market unrelated services without consent, or use customer data to build an independent marketing list. Emergency phone communication should be summarized in the booking record when material.
Core supplier duty
The operator must deliver the essential confirmed service with qualified staff, maintained equipment, lawful vehicles or vessels, appropriate safety briefings, first-aid and emergency arrangements, and reasonable regard for weather, route and participant needs.
The operator must assess disclosed traveler restrictions and may refuse unsafe participation on a documented, lawful and non-discriminatory basis. Serious incidents, injuries, missing persons, authority action, unsafe equipment or credible abuse allegations must be escalated to emergency services first and reported to Tripnatic promptly with preserved evidence.
Shared operating record
Approved operator members may use the Scanner for their organization's departures. The operator must verify the selected departure, traveler count and result and must not copy, decode, expose or reuse secure voucher tokens.
Pickup, check-in, rejection and correction events are immutable audit records identifying the booking, departure, event type, traveler count, time, organization, staff member and QR or manual method. A correction must link to the original event and include a reason. Scanning does not mark a tour completed or trigger payout.
When plans change
The operator must avoid preventable cancellations and immediately record any cancellation, delay, material itinerary change, minimum-participant failure, closure or safety restriction. It must offer only alternatives it can deliver and cannot accept a replacement or credit on the customer's behalf.
Weather and force-majeure decisions must be reasonable, evidence-based and applied consistently. Customer no-shows and refused participation must be recorded with reliable time, message, pickup or scan evidence. Tripnatic may apply quality consequences for avoidable cancellations, false no-show reports or delayed notice.
Weather cancellations and safetyCustomer remedies
The operator authorizes Tripnatic to administer the booking-time cancellation policy, customer-protection decisions, duplicate-payment corrections, chargebacks and legally required remedies. Tripnatic may request evidence and may refund the customer when the operator agrees, the recorded terms require it, reliable evidence supports it or law requires it.
The operator's share of a refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, undelivered or incorrectly paid booking may be withheld, reversed, deducted from a later payout or invoiced. Tripnatic will show the booking, reason and adjustment in the payout ledger. The operator must not refund a Tripnatic payment separately unless instructed, because duplicate repayment may result.
Tripnatic marketplace fee
The standard operator programme uses Tripnatic commission tiers of 30%, 28%, 26% and 25% of the final commissionable booking value. New operators normally begin at 30% and may qualify for lower rates using completed net sales, booking count, fulfilment, confirmation performance, cancellations, disputes, account standing and the rolling periods shown in the dashboard.
The rate displayed and captured when a booking is created applies to that booking and does not change retroactively. Reviews may run monthly; earned-rate locks, downgrade safeguards and any audited, time-limited override shown in the workspace form part of the current commercial terms. Taxes on Tripnatic's commission are handled as required by law.
Monthly settlement
Tripnatic prepares one monthly payout batch for eligible completed and cleared bookings from the previous calendar month and schedules payment on the 5th. If the 5th is not a banking day, processing moves to the next banking day. Bank processing and cross-border transfer time may continue after Tripnatic marks the batch paid.
A booking must be completed, reconciled and outside the applicable refund, dispute and safety review window to enter a batch. Pending, disputed, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, legally restricted or insufficiently documented amounts may remain under payout review until resolved. This is a targeted payout hold, not a transfer of the operator's unrelated balance.
The operator must maintain a verified bank account in its own legal name and promptly review statements. A failed or misdirected transfer caused by incorrect details may be reprocessed after verification and may incur the actual bank cost shown in the ledger.
Books and records
The operator dashboard provides transaction dates, service dates, booking references, gross value, Tripnatic commission, refunds, adjustments, payout batches and bank references. The operator must review each monthly statement and report a specific discrepancy within 30 days where reasonably possible.
Each party is responsible for its own tax registration, returns, invoices and accounting treatment. The operator must issue customer or tax documents when local law assigns that obligation to the supplier. Tripnatic may issue commission or settlement documents and withhold tax when legally required.
Marketplace standards
Tripnatic may monitor fulfilment, response times, avoidable cancellations, safety, reviews, refunds, disputes, content accuracy and customer complaints. It may request a corrective plan, restrict an activity, pause new bookings, adjust visibility or require renewed verification where reliable indicators show risk or poor performance.
The operator must cooperate honestly with investigations and may respond with evidence. Manipulated reviews, retaliation against reviewers, fabricated attendance or concealment of a serious incident is a material breach.
Protected information
The operator may process customer data only to deliver, support, secure and account for the booking or meet law. It must use proportionate access controls, secure devices and approved service providers, report a suspected breach promptly, and delete or anonymize data when no longer lawfully needed.
Non-public pricing, security, product, customer, payout and business information must be kept confidential and used only for the agreement. Required disclosures to authorities or professional advisers should be limited and protected where possible.
Integrity rules
The operator must not create fake bookings or reviews, misstate availability, discriminate unlawfully, bribe, evade commission, move customers off-platform, submit false documents, misuse payment data, scrape protected systems, interfere with security or use Tripnatic for illegal or sanctioned activity.
Tripnatic may preserve evidence, cancel affected bookings, restrict access and notify payment partners or authorities where reasonably necessary. No investigation authorizes Tripnatic staff to request a password, full card number or unprotected bank credential.
Ending or restricting access
Either party may end the relationship by written notice, subject to confirmed bookings and accrued obligations. Tripnatic may immediately restrict or terminate access for serious safety risk, fraud, unlawful conduct, insolvency, repeated non-delivery, misuse of customer data, security compromise or material breach.
Unless safety or law requires cancellation, the operator must honor confirmed bookings after notice. Tripnatic may close inventory, contact affected customers, preserve records and continue adjusting settlements for refunds, disputes and other surviving obligations.
Commercial risk
Each party warrants it has authority to enter the agreement. Tripnatic does not guarantee booking volume, search position, uninterrupted systems or a particular commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss not reasonably caused by its breach.
The operator is responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from its activity delivery, staff, equipment, listing breach, law violation, negligence, intellectual-property infringement or misuse of customer data, except to the extent caused by Tripnatic. Any indemnity is subject to prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and control of defense. Non-excludable liability remains unaffected.
Final provisions
Tripnatic may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; material commercial changes may require express acceptance. Booking-rate snapshots and accrued payment rights are not rewritten retroactively.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule. Neither party may assign the agreement without consent except as part of a legitimate business reorganization that does not reduce performance or payment security. Invalid provisions are limited only as necessary; the remainder continues.
Notices should be sent through the operator workspace or designated support channel. Terms concerning payment, tax, records, confidentiality, data, intellectual property, disputes and liability survive termination where their purpose requires it.
